Deliveries

How does shipping and delivery work?

You've placed an order, the sun is shining and it's like fireworks of joy bursting in the sky when you know your Flopz is on its way - now what?

When an order is placed, our team will carefully package your Flopz with warmth and care.

Please wait until the printed date because only then will our team be ready to pick and pack your particular order. All orders are shipped when all items are ready in full - this means if you have a pre-ordered item in your order, all items will wait until the latest item is available and then be shipped out at the same time.

If you order outside of Sweden, you may incur customs fees that are required to import goods into your country.

Right now it takes about 15 days for us to be able to send the delivery due to extreme demand. After that, it takes a few working days for the post office to deliver your package.

When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don't worry if there are no scan events in the first 24 hours - the system may take a day or so to catch up.

Can I change my delivery address?

Oops, your Flopz are not being sent to the correct address? We can absolutely help you change this! As long as your order has not been shipped, it is fine to send us the new information and we can change this for you.

*NOTE: We can only ship your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address and the package is delivered there, we will not be able to collect it so check your address carefully!

Do you ship internationally?

Even though we are a Swedish company, our Flopz are loved all over the world! It's fine to order regardless of where you live...

Will you be restocking an item?

Did you miss ordering your favorite color of your Flopz, and now the world feels a little harder?

Don't worry, we're constantly restocking all colors, so keep an eye on the website when they're available again.

Are your Flopz vegan?

We love our fluffy friends, and we know you do too! All Flopz are made of animal-friendly rubber. So it feels like you're bouncing on a fluffy cloud, but nicer :)

Are they affordable?

You probably haven't experienced Flopz yet🧡We can promise you that they are worth every penny.

Gone are the days of stomping around on hard floors. When you put on your soft, Flopz, you'll know exactly what we're talking about.🥳

What are Flopz made of?

Besides being made of clouds and love, they're made of rubber, so don't worry, no fluffy friends are involved in the making of your Flopz.

Returns and exchanges

How long is the delivery time?

Right now there is high pressure on the orders and your order is usually delivered within 9-13 days.

Is it possible to return my order and get a refund?

Okay, sometimes your Flopz don't fit perfectly. But no worries, you can absolutely return them to us for a full refund, just make sure they are returned within 14 days (of receiving the delivery) in the original packaging and unused.

This means that price tags and such must remain in place. And we want to see a picture you send to support@theflopz.com of your Flopz before you send them back, so we can see what they look like.

*Remember: If you return something from a quantity discount, then the nice quantity price no longer applies.

Exchange an item

If you want to change an item, for example to a different size or color, you can easily do so by returning the item to us and ordering a new one at Flopz.se. We therefore have no exchange process. We therefore ask you not to indicate a request for an exchange in the return package, the desired item may be sold out by the time your package reaches us.

Once we have checked and approved your return, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days. We do not automatically transfer the money to your next order, so you do not have to wait for the return to be registered, but can pay for the new order as usual.

Payment?

We use Shopify Payments. You can pay with credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) and debit cards that work for online purchases. For you tech pros out there, there's also PayPal!
