Shipping policy
The delivery time varies between 6-12 days.
If we do not have the product in stock, it is sent directly from our partner in China and then the delivery time may be a few days longer. (15-25 days)
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the entire return cost. Refunds are made to your bank account or bank giro transfer. The refund normally takes place within 5 working days from the time we have received and approved your return. It may take a couple of days before you see the amount in your account, depending on the bank.
